MelaWood® is PG Bison’s leading brand of melamine-faced board (MFB). Their top-quality BisonBord® is covered on both sides with decorative paper that has been infused with melamine resin using heat and pressure. When the resin-coated paper is pressed, the resin flows and hardens to create a smooth, non-porous surface. This means there are no microscopic pores for germs to hide; it also makes the surface so much easier to clean with a damp cloths.
